Refunds are available for premium subscription plans within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven't used more than 25% of your analysis credits. One-time scan purchases are not eligible for refunds once the scan has been completed and results delivered.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@scanerio.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. We process refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
The following are not eligible for refunds: (1) Services that have been fully utilized; (2) Discounted or promotional purchases; (3) Renewal payments if cancellation notice wasn't provided before the renewal date; (4) Any third-party fees associated with your purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not qualify for a refund of the current billing period. To cancel, go to your account settings or contact our support team for assistance.
In exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or technical issues that we cannot resolve within 72 hours, we may offer refunds or service credits at our discretion. Contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to credit the amount.
Partial Refunds
